There is a plan you can get from Metro PCS for $25 Unlimited talk and text you can use it NATIONWIDE and no contract just by the phone which is under 100 depends on which you and lowest price being 69 for a phone. To find a plan near you google MetroPCS good luck this is going to save me $$ I hope it helps you
